To reserve, send us the dress name, event date, size, and contact details. Your booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit is made.
You may pick up your dress at the studio or choose delivery through Lalamove, Grab, Angkas, or another available courier.
Wear the dress and enjoy your event. Tagging Sweet Rentals is always appreciated.
Return the dress on the agreed date and time, in the same condition it was received, to avoid extra fees.

We highly recommend booking a fitting before reserving so you can make sure the dress fits well.
Our standard rental period is 3 days.
Day 1: Pick up or delivery. Pick up time is from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Day 2: Event day.
Day 3: Return day. The dress must be shipped out or on the way back to us before 1:00 PM. Late return fees will apply if the dress is not returned or shipped on time.
Late returns may result in additional fees.
The fitting fee is free if you reserve a dress. If no reservation is made, a ₱250 fitting fee applies.
Delivery and return courier fees are shouldered by the client.
Yes. A ₱500 security deposit is required and will be refunded once the dress is returned on time and in good condition.
No. A fitting does not guarantee availability. The dress may already be reserved for another event date or may be booked by another client first. A dress is only reserved once the required payment or deposit is confirmed.
To save time, you may send us the dress you are eyeing and your event date before booking a fitting so we can check availability first.
No, we do not ship nationwide at the moment. We can only accommodate rentals within areas that Lalamove, Grab, Angkas, or similar couriers can service.
Delivery availability depends on your location and the courier’s coverage.
No, we do not allow alterations. As much as we would love every dress to fit perfectly, we are limited because the dresses are rentals and many of them are delicate or made with sensitive fabrics.
Please do not cut, sew, pin, tape, adjust, or alter the dress in any way. Any damage caused by alterations may result in additional charges.
Yes, you may reserve without a fitting. Our listed measurements are based on our own hand measurements using a Philippine measuring tape.
However, we highly recommend trying the dress first, since sizing may still vary depending on the brand, fabric, cut, stretch, and body frame.

No. The security deposit cannot be used for delivery, return shipping, or courier fees. Delivery and return fees are shouldered by the client. The security deposit is only refundable after the dress is returned and checked.
Extra fees may apply for stains, damage, strong odors, missing pieces, or late returns.
No, there are no hidden fees. Extra charges only apply when necessary, such as late returns, major stains, heavy cleaning, damage, strong odors, missing pieces, or other issues covered in our rental terms.
